Our Guarantee of Excellence with Heart
At Inspire Coffeehouse, our goal is to ensure you feel you belong, and every product and experience meets our standard of Excellence with Heart. We focus on immediate resolution and transparency in all exchanges.
I. Coffee, Food, and Beverage Purchases
Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted beverages and food items, all sales are final, and we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee focused on immediate correction:
Order Error or Quality Issue: If your drink was prepared incorrectly, or if a food item is below our standard of quality, please bring the item and your receipt to the counter within 30 minutes of purchase. We will immediately stop the transaction and remake the correct item for you at no charge.
Change of Preference: If a customer simply dislikes the flavor of a new or seasonal item, we will happily adjust the preparation (e.g., adding sweetener or milk) but this does not qualify for a full refund or a full specialty drink replacement.
Allergies: If you have an allergy, please disclose it at the time of ordering so we can prioritize your safety and correct any preparation error immediately upon discovery.
II. Merchandise, Retail, and Packaged Coffee
We offer exchanges or store credit only for retail merchandise. We do not provide cash refunds for non-perishable goods.
Timeframe & Condition: Unused, unopened merchandise (such as apparel or mugs) may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. Items must be in original, sellable condition.
Packaged Coffee: Unopened and sealed bags of retail coffee beans can be exchanged for a different roast, or returned for store credit, within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Once opened, coffee beans are non-returnable.
Exceptions: Clearance, promotional, or perishable retail items, as well as gift cards, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping (If Applicable): Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
III. Event Tickets and Reservations
Our stage is dedicated to creative expression and community. Policies for events reflect our commitment to supporting performers while providing clarity to guests.
Tickets & Reservations: Tickets for events and reservations are generally non-refundable. They may be transferred to another person or a different event date (if available) with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Canceled Events: If an event is canceled by Inspire Coffeehouse or the Mosaic Event Center, customers will receive a full refund or the option to apply their credit toward a future event.

We believe in Authenticity and resolving every issue with kindness and transparency. If any aspect of your experience falls short, please bring it to the attention of your manager immediately. Our goal is to ensure you feel cared for, and we are dedicated to finding a resolution that honors our commitment to the community.
